Our vanilla bean laden barrel aged imperial stout returns today. A blend of various stout barrels, all purposely brewed and designed not only to withstand the barrel aging process, but to thrive in the presence of the charred whiskey-soaked staves. After extended maturation in barrels, the blend was moved to stainless for further conditioning on a measured, yet ample amount of our proprietary in house processed Mexican vanilla beans for what we sought to be the ultimate expression of our favorite stout adjunct. As we continue down our often singular and focused approach to refine what we do, our attention to vanilla bean processing has evolved to showcase the depth of vanilla in a way we’re quite proud of. We notice impressions of chocolate, brownie batter, heavy vanilla smore, burnt brown sugar, cherry liqueur, swiss rolls, and finishing with earthy dark cacao tobacco and vanilla oak character. 12% ABV
- Second Pressings La Boisson Collab With Pollak Vineyards$18.50
From the initial cold call from Nick at Pollak Vineyards back in 2014 regarding used wine barrels, we've had a great collaborative relationship with the Pollak team. From aging our mixed fermentation beers in Red Wine barrels to using various varietals of grape pomace in our Floraison series, the Pollak crew has been a friend to the Triple Crossing team for almost our entire 10 years. In the fall of 2023, the Triple Crossing team visited our friends at Pollak Vineyards in Waynesboro, VA for a long-awaited collaboration. Weighing in at 8.6% ABV, Second Pressings La Boisson displays impressions of honeydew melon, ripe strawberry, light musk, green tea and a specific Aqua perfume. This style, and specifically this wine, are purpose built for consumption on these 70 degree spring days with a side of sharp cheddar and brie, if we do say so ourselves.
- Element$13.00
Allowing for a reintroduction, we welcome Element back to our draft lines. This beer has always been about simplicity, drinkability, and an undeniable broader appeal. Based heavily on a storied and Champion UK pale beer that utilized American hops alongside classic British malts and yeast, we’ve been brewing some version of this beer since our opening day night on 10 years ago. Brewed with a simple grist of North American 2 Row and a smaller portion of Munich malt, hopped delicately in the whirpool with a fruit and citrus forward PNW hop blend, and finally fermented to a balanced profile of dry attenuation and lush stone fruit ester profile with our house UK ale strain. Also worth noting, is that this beer has been treated with an enzyme allowing us to offer the beer under the classification of GLUTEN REDUCED. We taste impressions of orange candy, lime zest, soft shortbread, and grapefruit pithy cleansing bitterness.

- Litehaus Lager$13.00
Our rice lager, brewed in the American Light Lager Style with malted barley, a minimal charge of noble hops, our super soft water profile, and Jasmine puffed rice, returns today to bolster up our lager collection. An incredibly pale, easy drinking lager that we hope takes you back to the elder scholastic days of yore. The results of a lengthy rest for maxed out enzymatic activity to increase dryness, the addition of fancy rice, and patient dedication to letting it sit cold forever, culminates into a clean, light beer solely aimed at playing a background role in all your warm weather activities. We taste impressions of unsweetened puffed rice cereal, a faintly sweet earthiness, and soft white grape. Incredibly dry and crisp, and at 3.6% ABV it ain’t taking you anywhere you weren’t already headed.
- Ember$13.00
Our light bodied, malt forward smoked lager returns alongside an early spring, and for the first time ever, it arrives in 12oz highly drinkable cans. We love brewing smoked beers, and rarely miss the chance to do so. In an effort to continually produce numerous examples of damn near impossible to sell beer, we taste notes of subdued smoked honey straw, charcoal smoke, rustic rye bread, and bright cinnamon spice, all of which is brought together with that sweet smoke derived cleansing dryness. According to the production team, “think of a burning wheat field in Poland… and yes, Poland specifically.” Somehow, that imagery plays. The first sip can be alarming for some, but with each successive try, the sometimes-bracing nature of smoked malt settles into what feels like a much more delicate flavor thread woven throughout the beer, and then you’re hooked forever, if we’re both lucky.
- Baby Falcon Session IPA$14.50
At 4.5% ABV, the baby of our beloved flagship Falcon Smash returns to cans today. We notice impressions of tropical citrus, bright mandarin orange, and subtle hints of floral watermelon, all of which culminate with that signature Falcon orange-oil citrus marmalade. Entirely drinkable all day long.
- Falcon Smash IPA$15.00Out of stock
Our flagship IPA. Dank hop character from dry hop of Falconer's Flight, and a proprietary blend of rotating hop varietals. Fermented with our house ale strain.
- Green Dreams$18.00
Our ever experimental and rotating DIPA makes its final appearance before the years end. This iteration brings three varietals that we don’t often get to experience in our mainstay beers, let alone together. We hopped this variant with hefty doses of Sabro, Strata, and Talus. As a somewhat smaller production brewery, it can be difficult to maintain an acceptable level of experimentation, and instead focus on regularly produced beers. This series of experimental beers allows us to fully embrace the idea of trialing things out and not worrying that we don’t have enough of any particular hop to continually brew it. The magic derived from the combination of these three varietals has us noticing saturated impressions of coconut, dark berry, cool mint, and various citrus overtones. Arguably one of our more complex GD batches to date. 8% ABV $18.00/4pk 16oz cans and onsite pours at all three locations.

- Floraison: Blue Label$15.00
A dual release, both under the banner of Floraison, find themselves ready for pouring. Both releases were blended from the same batch of oak-aged Saison, with both conditioning on Viognier pomace supplied by our good friends at Pollak Vineyards. Our blue labeled Floraison bottles sat atop pomace for 3 months in stainless, allowing those flavors to fully come together before bottling. While a much less involved process than its counterpart, we notice a beautifully balanced beer-wine hybrid with delicate tasting notes from the earthy, stemmy pomace. Additionally, we notice notes of funky blue cheese, white grape, chamomile, lime zest with flavors reminiscent of cream soda and sweet tart candies.
- Citrus Bergamia$15.00
Citrus Bergamia Introducing our latest mixed fermentation offering: Citrus Bergamia. This blend consists of three Saison barrels aged carefully for over a year. The selected few were sent on top of freshly juiced and zested bergamot orange from our friends, Flavors by Bhumi (@yuzu_lemons). The blend co-mingled with the bergamot in stainless steel for two months allowing the flavors to intertwine and evolve. Finally, after one year of bottle conditioning, this beer is ready to release. We get impressions of Ricola candy, manuka honey, lemon-lime zest, fruity pebbles, Thai basil, sage, and black pepper. Finishing with our classic low acidity, and drying tannins, we feel this beer will go perfectly with a hot Friday afternoon in Richm
